Eating was created by gambit
Hi guys and gals

This might seem like a silly question but i'm going to ask it anyways. Does it matter how you chew you food? ie, like just scoffing it out or chewing it finely then swallowing? I dont waist time with food, not a messy eater just dont wanna sit down for 20nmins whereas i can be done in 5 mins.
So the question again, is there a benefit to chewing the food into tiny pieces then swallowing vs reasonable sized gulps.

Think of chewing as the fist part of digestion, you are preparing it for the next step: stomach breakdown. Chewing also stimulates enzymes in your stomach that you are about to receive food. If you have the time, chew, especially on a cut! :P

I personally feel that chewing your food will help your body absorb more nutrients, if you dont chew your food properly i feel that the food is not digested fully and you are left with big pieces in the body that dont get digested therefore you are not getting all the nutrients out of what you have eaten. Thats my opinion and i could be way off the mark with this but i chew my food properly.

With hard work and dedication you can achieve anything!

This may be true but its a bit difficult chugging down 5000cal clean food with force feeding. I chew a little and swallow water also done in 5 minutes.

I can imagine what a mission it would be to chew 5000 cal properly you would have to chew like all day everyday , so i suppose one would have to gulp down food when your calories are so high.

OK, so from what i'm getting thus far, when cutting, take time and chew properly... When bulking, well, if you dont have the time to chew properly, do whatever you have to to get it down...
