Hard work paying off

Morning peeps! So it seems all the hard work is paying off! My gf is seeing the results and has confronted me to help her get in shape! Something that I have wanted her to be a part of for a very long time. I'm thinking of starting a keto diet with her as soon as I'm done with my cycle.
I'm going to do some research on exactly what to eat to get your body into ketosis, as I have no experience with keto. I will post what I come up with here and ask if you guys could help me fine tune the diet aswell as maybe give some helpful insight. Quite excited on this journey with her. Thanks ahead of time!

Same happened with me and my wife, she use to workout a lot but went through a "lazy" phase and stoped working out! When I started to get in shape again she followed! Made her a diet about a month ago and she lost 4kg so far!

It's much easier to diet together, make cooking food much less of a hassleB)
