Good day guys, I'm a new member of this site, which I have been following for sometime now. I was wondering if there was someone who could help me with a project: ME. Fact is I want to gain weight. Simple as that. Im about 1.7m and weigh 55 kg's. Im 21 years old and the problem is, ( I think) my metabolism. I haven;t seen a doctor about it and I hope I can avoid that . Im trying to gain weight purely for cosmetic reasons ( Clothes better fitted, fuller face, actually fuller everything). My plan is to start working out next year on varsity and untill then I plan to use a doorgym to gain muscle as I am saving my money for next year. I also play soccer to keep fit.
My problem: Im an ectomorph. My metabolism shreds my food to shit. With that in mind I was hoping someone could help me construct a sustainable diet, with the correct( effective) supplees in combination with my cardio (soccer) and doorgym workout. I just want to stress that my metabolism is freakish and you would not believe how quickly i get hungry after a big meal. Any response would be hugely appreciated. Thanks
