Who do u guys rate for the overall SA's champs coming up in a few weeks time? I reckon its probably between Hudson and Leslie.

Hope Leslie takes it and whips Hudson. Leslie is simply huge this year. Probably the best back in Africa. His proportions are huge but that counts against his symmetry.

Anyone u guys have a specific interest in?

is it just me or does Leslie have a big waistline?I prefer andrew's look.also keen to see what Louis does.

Also have a friend or 2 competing.

That leg looks like it was mauled by a pitbul! Lesley is big and comes in condition but he doesn't have the symetrical appeal that hudson does. Lesley goes overseas and every year they look at his leg and he doesn't place very well, and yet hudson gets beaten in sa shows but always seem to thrash lesley on the world stage, lesley is crazy conditioned but he will never turn pro. If the judges in sa actually judge on the correct criteria of proportion, symettery and all the rest then hudson should win hands down... I can just say that our judges would place a stiated fridge 1st over a well balanced bodybuilder.

If hudson wins his line up then overalls is between hudson and bessinger! Andrew will be about 10-15% better at sa's than he was at natals.

lesley doesnt compare to that balance and symmetry. look dont get me wrong, lesley is a really good athlete but if hudson comes in 10-15% harder which he will then he is gonna give lesley a run for his money!

Hmm some serious SSN promoting....

That all said I find it ridiculous to penalize Leslie on his leg surgery. I'm all for the massive look and will back him all they way. Weather he wins or not he deserves a pro card. Too much boetie-boetie in SA bodybuilding and it comes down to who u are and who u rub shoulders with.

mr feathers that leg is from an infection where they had to cut it open and let the infection heal from the inside out.

the ssn guys took 4 out the 5 spots even though they pulled their sponsorship a year ago, they won on merit not cos they sponsor the show... so also if louis bessinger wins,or quinton fong, then its also boetie boetie in sa body building and not cos they deserve to win even though they dont sponsor any sa bodybuilding shows.

Actually hope Louis does place well. He deserves it. I know his trainer personally, great guy with loads knowledge and seeing East London is less than 200km from me I will always support local talent. Louis looked amazing at the Border so can just imagine what he will look like come SA's

He pinned a vein in is leg that kept leaking blood into his muscle tissue. Had a painful leg that just got worse. Docs then found the problem and needed to operate, remove dead flesh, and let it heal. Looked nasty and was badly infected as the pool of seeping blood actually started to rot inside his leg. Kept him out of competing for almost two years I think
