Lower back pumps / water retention was created by Samurai_X
Morning guys. Hope you are all well. I started my Test E / NPP cycle 2 weeks ago. When i did my planning i didn't take into account that water retention might be a problem, thought Estrogen and Progesterone sides might be more off a problem I now have water retention on my lower back and it hurts like a bitch.

Will have my BP checked today. I took 0.24mg Adex yesterday, should i have 0.24mg Adex ED and when water retention is better switch to EOD or just stick to EOD from now on.

Any help will be greatly appreciated

Thanks

My lower back pumps/cramps are getting out of hand. I could barely walk last night. Is there a way to get around this? Stretches? Pills?

It's really hampering my training badly now.

yeah still frontloading with Tbol.

Week 1-5: Turinabol at 60mg per day. (3 per day)
Week 1-14: Testocyp at 375mg per week. (1.5ml per week)
Week 1-14: Masteron 150 at 300mg per week. (2ml per week)
Week 1-14: Primo at 600mg per week. (3ml per week)
Week 1-14: Equi at 525mg per week. (1.5ml per week)
Week 1-14: Adex 0.5mg ED

Fat burners - Yohimbine 20mg ED
PCT - Doctari
Bridge - Var 60mg per day and Proviron

My back is actually still cramping as I sit at my desk. FML

I am currently doing mainly CrossFit style training which includes multiple reps of deadlifts and kettle bell swings which really tax my lowerback, but I never had this problem off cycle

it gets a little better as time goes by. i frontloaded with dbol and the 1st 6 weeks were an absolute killer, started effecting my back and leg workouts. im sure once you drop the tbol you will start feeling a lot better.

good luck mate, i definitely feel your pain

How many grams (or teaspoons) of Taurine would you recommend? I have a bag that I bought from Ondier a while ago but have never used. Pilled the label off for some reason though.

Doesn't Red Bull have Taurine in it? Does it have enough to solve this lower back pain issue?

I honestly thought I was the only one suffering. I kneel over into a ball to try and stretch my lower back. Sometimes I actually the wall to massage my spinal erectors.

Shut up and Squat!!
