vascularity was created by MRfeathers
ive noticed that my right forearm is far more vascular than my left. to give you an example. when im training and getting a pump going id have 10 veins bulging, ready to explode on my right arm, and only like 2 on the left. other than it looking really shitty is this something i need to be concerned about? my left bicep is also a little smaller, by about a cm, can barely notice it

oh and before the wise cracks start, yes im single and right handed

hey bud, maybe you should start using your left hand....lol

ok, seriously now. i think it has to do with it being your dominant arm/hand. I have the same issue, much more veins visible on my right are than left, however when working out, the left arms veins seem to be much more protruding or maybe i'm just imagining things.

no when i work out it stays the same. does this mean there's less blood flow in my left arm??

I cannot say why the left arm has less visible veins but i really doubt that there's less blood flow to the other arm.

lol.. slightly off, but on the topic, have you always been vascular? i've never really been and i was trying to figure out why i am all of a sudden so vascular on my arms and i can only think that it could perhaps be because of the beta-alanine, or am i way off.

yes always in my forearms and calves. it could also be because you're leaner now? the lower your BF the more vascular you will be. but yeah those pre workouts give you a nice pump and get the blood flowing

lucky ass...lol..
think you right, must be cos i'm leaner. to be honest with you, i dont get a pump out of the beta-alanine, however it does help me through the workouts, give a bit of stamina, but non of that skin tearing pumps, man i want those.
