Knee Support was created by spartan
Hey Guys

I'm having serious trouble with my knee's when doing cardio. I'm very overweight so I think that might be the problem. I'm thinking of using a knee guard or brace for my knee's untill they get better. any advice as to which ones I can use?

cool, why not look at other forms of cardio that will put less stress on your knees? ie, cycling, elliptical machine

Agree with this. What cardio you doing?
PLEASE avoid the treadmills, they f*ck the knees up properly. All treadmills were removed from my gym, use a stepmill, stationary bike etc.
Also consider some joint healing pills or just drink Gelatin 2-3 times a day.

Shut up and Squat!!

I do 15min treadmill, 15min stationary bike, 10 rowing and 10min stepmill

I'm suppose to do 10min crosstrainer as well but my knee's can't handle it. I also struggle with the rowwing. I'm taking Voltarin tablets at the moment but its not working at all

You can also import knee sleeves from www.prowriststraps.com/

Great prices, products and service, but it takes a while to get here.
