joint support brand ?

My joints seem to be taking strain a bit on cycle so i went to get some joint support from dischem,
They only had muscle science (rather pricey and wont last all that long) and USN. I got a small bottle of the USN cause its usually a dodgy brand.

What are the good brands and do they really make any diference?

I am currently on test E and proviron and about to start anavar.I dont think its any of these causing it but just general joint discomfort.

yep, go for arthro guard, cant go wrong with that. I need to get me some aswell, my joints also taking strain.

Should I throw the usn tabs in the bin ?

split up the dose, take 2 atrho guard in the morning and 3-4 tabs fish oil. and 1 arthro guard and 3-4 tabs fish oil at night. give it about 2 weeks.

Bud I have endless issues with my joints, knees in particular. My recommendation is "USP Labs" - Super Cissus as well as "The Real Thing" - Omega supreme. Both are fantastic products

Super cissus worked very well for me, sorted out elbows and wrists quick time, pricey though!

Nutritech's Cissus is pretty affordable.

Most Joint Support tabs have Gelatin in it. Just drink Gelatin morning and night.
