Hey, the Lorien won't affect the FoF, assuming you are not getting any side effects from the Lorien alone. Think nicely about *side effects* (not desired effects) experienced on Lorein and come back to me. Assuming non, it would be safe though.

Also, concerning Lorein and your depression. Understand that once you have a GOOD diet, you must stick to it. If you have bulimia, orthorexia nervosa, or any other CED you must sort that out first. Understand that food is fuel. Good food WILL make weight-loss possible.

DISCLAIMER: I am not a doctor. Trauma training is the closest I've come but the above is stil just my opinion based on my knowledge.

Hi Furk,

thanks for the helpful reply - makes me feel more at ease :-)

I don't really suffer from depression - it's more for anxiety in general. Also I went through a difficult period last year - and literally stopped eating ( dropped a lot of weight) that's when I got put on the meds... so here I am a year later - feeling great - but would still like to get back to shape...

to answer the questions you posed: no - I dont expereince any side effects on Lorien. it has helped me sleep normally and helped ALOT with the anxiety! :-) :-) I feel great!

I am hoping that the F Off fat will work - as it is a stimulant - but also I hope that it wont increase the anxiety levels ( I will be continuing with my Lorien though)

I have researched anti dep - and it seems that there is a link between it causing your cells to retain fat / metabolic rate to slow down :-(

so yes - wana try this and see.

Ladies. Let me give some advise from a lady. To loose weight (fat) you need to get ur diet right FIRST. THen lift weights 3 to 5 times a week and do cardio. Dont jump into fat burners first. You need to be sure your diet is working for you, then go on to the next step.

I lost my pregnancy fat only by very hard weights and doing the right diet. And with diet i mean, right diet. Set small goals. To loose 5 kg is 14 days... might not just all be fat. It can be water and muscles. So dont go just on that.

Then set a target for yourself. An easy target. Coz trying to do what ur friend did is a recipe right for a disaster. Go slow, take ur time and get the basics right. THen move onto fat burners.

Hey Luna, what slagenlag said above is said all the time, cause it's true. I think too little is said about the psychological effects of these drugs. Although I've never used yohimbe, stims make me kinda of paranoid and selfish. The advantage of stims is that you can control the dosages as you go along, so if you go through with FoF, control the dosage to your needs (and anxiety effects). Although the 2 drugs don't directly affect each other, the FoF could still impact the depression. Have you taken a look at the dieting stickies? They're written for green horns and are good reference points.

also: can I have some feedback on the following nutritional plan : what are your thoughts:

Day 1
Breakfast
1 slice veg fritatta
1 slice wholegrain toast with 1 tablespoon of butter

Lunch
1x150 g chicken breast
3/4 cup cabbage and carrot coleslaw
1 small slice of rye

Afternoon
1/3 spanspek

Dinner
1 serving fusilli with mushrooms and chard
baby greens tossed with 2 tablespoons of olive oil

desssert:
1 small serving of apple crumble topped with low fat frozen yogurt and 1 tablespoon of wallnuts

DAY2

1 cup wholegrain cereal
1 cup skim milk
1/2 banana
1/4 cup dried fruit

Lunch
1 tuna salad on whole wheat bread
1 cup of soup

Afternoon snack
4 wholegrain crackers - spread with 2 heaped tablespoons of peanut butter
dinner:
caesar salad topped with grilled chick breast strips (85g)

dessert
1/2 cup low fat frozen yopgurt and1/3 muesli and blueberries

do that for 12 weeks.

u have too much shit in your diet, like :wholegrain cereal,dried fruit,bread,apple crumble, frozen yoghurt,crackers,muesli. drop all that shit out of the diet and u will loose weight

its not free shit,its pure common sense ,drop the tasty "convenient" crap out your diet and u will loose weight, calories in must be lower than the calories you are burning lifting weights in order to loose body fat.. now once again to see if she listens to the advice... remember people dont listen to free advice they listen to advice they pay for.
