Obesity in South Africa was created by Itachi
Hey

Just read an article on News24:
www.health24.com/news/DietFood_News_Feed/1-3420,77154.asp

Thought it was an interesting read. In 2010 SA ranked as the THIRD fattest nation in the world.....
Its a huge wake-up call, but I find it strange cos i see so many people at gym everyday!! LOL

Too be honest, its not hard to believe as some cultures see being big(overweight) as a sign of wealth. Look at all those idiots in parliament.

What drives me insane are these fat slobs that work at the gyms and the metro police that pour themselves into cargo pants and park outside KFC...
Someone who works at a gym should be a rolemodel and take some pride and if you obes shouldn't be employed in the fitness industry.
And cops should have a minimum fitness requirement, what criminals are they going to catch when they cant even get out of the car.

Go big or go home...

What gets me is when people complain about putting on weight..... WHILE BUYING 3 PIES FROM THE CANTEEN. if have NO issue if you are over weight, that your own choice etc.... BUT dont moan about it and do nothing.....

I noticed that this pet peeve of mine started when i started going to gym.... LOL

Doesn't a "slow puncture" / "voëlgriep" cause you to loose weight?
