Hi there

My apologies read through the rules so i got it now

Theordic, my body fat is 11.8% i only weight 64kgs, i am currently on a mass shake and testostogen from biogen and eating three meals a day mainly chicken and fish and meat , running in the mornings and a bit of gym in the evenings except sat & sun, i was thinking after a bit of reading to do as follows, Row in the morning and gym evenings doing for the first month 2iu 5on/2off, then the second month 3iu or 4iu and for 6mnths, this is just what i thought and thats why i am here to ask advice and learn about it, i also hear of insulin been helpful for building mass, my aim is to get to about 75kg and be a bit defined and to feel good and not to damage myself in any way and yes i dont know where to get anything, i will rather pay allot and get the best product i can afterall its my body and my life.

have you worked out your daily caloric needs and made sure you are in a surplus. when you rest your head on your pillow at night and you're in a surplus there is no way you wont grow. how old are you?

Drop both. Most test boosters (except for DAA) are useless pills that cost way too much money. Mass shake is also a lot of sugary carbs that you don't want. If you want supplements, things like whey, creatine, etc. are the way to go. Only three meals a day? If you wanna build, gonna have to eat more than that, better as well.


You told me how many days you workout, I wanna know exactly what your workout looks like.

If you weigh 64kg then you can reach 75kg without the need of any steroids. You just need to follow the right eating and training plan. Also, my advice, don't even think of using insulin, especially not if you're a first time user, it's very dangerous if you don't use it correctly.

HGH is not the answer to your problem, and especially at those doses you will be very disappointed with the results if you are aiming to do some serious bulking. HGH on it's own is not going to make anyone huge. You need to have your diet spot on before anything. Insulin is more dangerous than any steroid so I don't know why you would even be considering that when there are plenty of better solutions to get some mass on your body. Like Food. That's the basics, get the basics 100% then go to the next step.

Guys thanks for all the good advice, i guess just liked the benefits of hgh in more energy the strengthening of connective tissue, cartelage and tendons, will definitely go with your advice though

Theodoric, thanks for your help, i have picked up about 3kgs in less than a week just eating better and having the bulk shake before meals and as per advice was thinking of increasing my calorie intake to about 4000cals, as training is concerned at the moment its a run in the morning and light gym, was thinking of going with a trainer and doing heavier weights and less cardio then, what are your thoughts on that? my first goal is 75kgs with definition thereafter maybe max 80 to 85kgs good build and maintain, initially was going to do a cycle of hgh and get with a trainer for a program, glad i spoke to you guys first probably would have waisted allot of cash and sit with poor results

I see why you call yourself toothpick - LOL.
Let me tell you brother, I used to be called toothpick growing up. I was scrawny as hell.

So here's the deal - PATIENCE.
Do not up your Calories to 4000 yet, you'll get fat and skinny-fat looks dumb. Gradually up your intake as your LBM (lean Body Mass) increases. E.g. 3000 cals, then 3500 cals then 4000 cals, all over a 1+ year period.

At your current size your body is going to grow like CRAZY at first. Maybe get some Bio-oil coz you're gonna stretch!

If you want to bulk, drop the cardio for now. You are just using calories that you need for building. And TRAIN HARD!!

Picture it like this:
You eat for energy for training, you train to tear muscles to grow back bigger, you eat to feed nutrients to the muscles. You Rest. And repeat.

Shut up and Squat!!
