Passing your genetic capability was created by Bandit
When passing your genetic capability, do you need to permanently be on test to maintain that size?
Just something I was pondering on...

Only stuff like growth hormone and IGF1 will give you permanent gains beyond your genetic potential.

Excuse my ignorance... Do then have to continue using GH or IGF1 to maintain?

No, but it's not as simple as it sounds. You need big doses and risk unpleasant side effects. Plus it is extremely expensive.

Depressing aint it?:p at some point i decided i wont do a next cycle because of this. But then again the gains dont just fall off in a matter of weeks/months, like every thing its diet and training related but mostly to your natural test levels. Thats why you want to pct properly and make sure you create a sustainable environment for muscle, well as far as possible.

Depends on the person and what your expectations are. Your gains don't all just disappear in a few months unless your training and diet suck, but if you think you're only going to do one cycle:  There aren't that many things that beat a killer training session on cycle  .

But basically 1 cycle per year to maintain should do it with good diet and training...so there is hope ?
