Lower back pain was created by Megusta
Hi Guys.

I started getting lower back pain about a week ago after one night of binge drinking.I know it's stupid whilst using gear, especially orals. It was however the first alcohol i had in a few months and on cycle. I'm not a regular consumer :) Im in the last week of my tbol and proviron bridge. 40mg each. Im not sure if its my kidneys or liver. My urine looks clean and clear, i drink alot of water, and take live 52DS throughout. I don't have any pain or burning when urinating. The weird thing is that i have been going to the gym only once or twice a week for the last 6 weeks, due to bad work schedule. So i probably didn't hurt my back, unless it's an old injury.

It feels like someone is pressing hard against my back or the same feeling you get when you get a bad back pump from deadlifts or something. Sometimes it feels more like the pain shifts to my flanks/upper hip area. sometimes the pain is on the left and sometimes on the right.

Anyone experienced something like this before? im starting my PCT next week, but if im screwed id rather stop my bridge orals now.

I used proponate for 3 weeks after my last shot of cyp and i did have alot of pain in my legs a day or two after each of the shots and a low grade fever. i dont think the propionate would have caused this issue though. I dont understand: i have pain but it doest hurt more when i bend over to pick up something or move etc.

Not much input to give on the back pain, doesnt sound like a pinched nerve. Im sure some of the other guys might have some input.

How was your cycle btw?

My upper right thigh is sore when i lift my leg but that feels like a stiff muscle and my quads are sore from the propionate.

Gymming 1-2 times a week and you are on a cycle  and binge drinking??.

If its lower back it is kidneys. Your liver is higher up.

actually it does sound like a pinched nerve sprain in that area...it only takes one bad lift to sprain yourself...go to the doc anyways ...

He will know if its a nerve, hurts like hell, and would be better in certain positions eg flat on back. Depending on where its pinched!

Agree it could be a pulled muscle, hope its not the kidneys.

If it is not a muscle pull, it could be the kidneys. if the pain is located mid-back (in the region of your 12th rib), very tender to the touch, then I would suggest you go see a dr. Could even be some ureter inflammation etc. which will be indicated when you are pissing on a stick.

Go for a deep tissue massage bud an see how you are after that. I herniated my l5 disc 2 years ago. An took me 6 months before I was able to walk again. So any time I get a twinge in the back nw I go for a deep tissue massage an I'm back perfect. Touch wood. Found doctors a waste of time as all they did was give me pain killers. I end up sorting it my self with a few deep tissue massages an went to a bone setter afewl times.I found my back was sore some times will I was in week 3 or my front load with dbol.

My opinion is you pulled a ligament, could be a pinched nerve.... but have it checked out anyway.

My thoughts exactly, why do a cycle at all if you know you're gonna be too busy to go to gym?

Sorry it's a question of commitment... There is always a way to take hour to train.

Agreed, that is why I do it in lunch hour. If I dont take it in lunch hour, I work through lunch hour. Morning and evening gym is not an option.

And it is nice coming back to the office, feeling fresh (if your legs feel like jelly would you regard it as calling it feeling fresh) and on an endorphine high!
