Hi Guys
As I explained in some of my earlier posts I am a newbie just going into my 3rd week at the gym
been following a 6 meal diet so far everyday without skipping
but I am hungry the whole time even after meals
For example: I can only gym in the mornings before work because afternoons is to hectic with the kids and family etc etc
this morning at 5am when i woke up I ate 1/2cup of raw oats with a whole grain yoghurt and a bananna followed by my protein shake (evox synergy) and 5g of creatine mon
I hit the gym at 5:30 (its just around the corner from my house), gym for 45-1hour and go back home to get dressed for work before I left the house i poped another shake and a small bowl of watermelon
+/- 30min drive 2 work, at about 8:30 i was so freakin hungry i wanted to die, at about 9:30 i ordered a chicken breast and a salad across the road from where i work and wolfed it down it helped a bit but i am still hungry, just after 10 i ate a bannana and another shake, its now 11:05 and i am already counting the minutes till my next meal....lol
it been like this since my second week at gym (keep in mind I use to never eat in the mornings, only 1x big lunch and 1x big supper all mostly unhealthy )
is this normal to feel like this?
