Stonies

General question

my bud is almost 40, known him since pre school. He has always had puffy nips (we called it stonies) back in the day.

Today at his age, he stil got *stonies* ..... he fckn hates it, but ya, its been there since the age of 8+

We have some clever dudes here, is there anything that might help for this ??

Any good advice will be appreciated....

Has he always been overweight?

He has never been fat, he is a big build dude, i would say around 18-20% BF most of his life. From age 4-18 never fat (athlete) after that looks like a rugby player prop, big dude.
