Hey guys

I found this site:

www.proteinpow.com/

I haven't finished checking through everything yet but it looks pretty good. They have a large variety of recipes for deserts, among other things.

These are called Dark Chocolate Protein Cubes

@George. sadly, no they don't. just some recipes and approximate macros.

what you can do though is check out these 2 dieting stickies:

www.anabolicsteroids.co.za/forum/10-diet...on/56925-dieting-101

www.anabolicsteroids.co.za/forum/10-diet...on/81698-dieting-102

then put together something and start a topic. we'll give you some guidance.

@Pyro, the oat flower she refers to is just normal oats. you just need a coffee mill, pop the raw oats in there and grind its almost completely powdered. started doing that for my breakfast shake - goes down much easier. you can do it with nuts as well ;-)

That's awesome! Cant believe it's been right under my nose all this time. Does grinding up the oats change it's GI value dramatically? Does it change the nutrients?

It most probably does change it slightly, since the "chewing" part has been done. not too much would be my guess. Nope, wouldn't change the nutrients. as long as you're still measuring the same weight, same macros.

You can buy oat flour at any health shop, or Dischem :)

Love that website! The protein ice cream and protein fudge recipes are the best thing ever. Hits the sweet spot if you have a sweet craving while still delivering protein with a minimal amount of carbs and fats.

A friend of mine makes protein pancakes.

Protein, flower and milk.

They are brilliant and a good snack if you get munchies during the day.

Make yourself.
