Oscar appears to be in trouble was created by Bandit

Apparently police have arrested him and opposed bail. They don't believe its a case of mistaken identity... There had been screaming through the night.
Trying to get hold of a friend of mine that's stays next door to Oscar and hopefully can tell me a bit more...

Jip, it seems that there are more to the story.

Even if the truth is that he mistook her for an intruder, he faces a whole lot of issues as he would have to prove that his life was in immediate, grave danger.

definitely not a self-defense case this. The fact that he was arrested and charged with murder by the invesitating officer is indicative of the fact that his account of events surrounding the shooting were flawed. While I respect pistorious for being an awesome athlete and a symbol of how one can overcome adversity, much of his fame has gone straight to his head and has become somewhat of a controversial figure of late.

As much as I'd like to believe that he thought it was an intruder, I'm having hard time believing that. He shot her 4 times, FOUR! Sounds like a crime of passion. You don't shoot someone four times without any knowledge of who they are or if they are armed. I hope I'm wrong.

I hate spreading rumors but apparently there was some screaming between the two...
Also a couple of prior domestic disputes...
