Howzit okes,

I am moving to Cape Town at the end of the month. Got a good job offer down that side that I can't refuse.

I don't know Cape Town and the gyms that are around there. Need some advice on where to gym and where not to gym. Not too keen on a Virgin Active but if that's the only option then ill join VA. Ill be staying either in oranjezicht or Rondebosch. So if anyone can give me ideas will be hugely appreciated.

I also have f*ck all friends there. So maybe someone here can be my friend/training partner  If you agree maybe we can exchange details through Admin. If you want a reference to make sure I'm not a prick then speak to DJ hahaha.

No lets not deadlift as I need a double hip replacement haha

So either Greenpoint or Gardens VA if you are Oranjezicht side, or Claremont VA if you are Bosch side, I know you don't like them but our planet fitness' are kak and we don't have a wide variety of gyms.. There is a bodybuilding gym in town but I cant remember the details? Try google or I will ask my friend when I can, it will be perfect if you are Oranjezicht side actually. There is also DC EVOs gym in Claremont just down the road from Rondebosch which I think you can get a membership at now, its very nice.

To you it may look like I just did a push-up... But in fact, I just bench-pressed the world.

Its legs day, legs day, gotta get down on legs day.

Looking at the pictures on their website. It doesn't look too bad actually but I would be training after work and I can only imagine I would be waiting for benches etc..
I will keep it in mind thanks modern10.
