Just wanna have a little rant, lol.

I cant believe how many online "coaches" there are out there these days! Its a bit of a joke.

Everyday on facebook i see a new status: "offering diet plans amd training programmmes". The majority of these people are pulling these programs and diets off free websites and no NOTHING about training and nutrition.

It takes good business away from people like dj and other coaches who really know what they talking about. Guys get into shape and then automatically become prep coaches.
Lol.

love the way every second bodybuilder that is sponsored offer online training.
Yet all of them have coaches themselves...

Exactly!! Haha!

So your client emails u a question, and then you ask your coach the same question and then give your client the answer!haha!

500 Million obese people in the world........ i don't think the market will get flooded soon.
