New to it was created by nic
Hey all, I am 28 yrs old, three years ago I used to weigh 62kg and was skinny as heck, so I started gyming first year was real trial and error, the following two years, I made great strides and with good routines and supplements, typical protein shakes and creatine, I now am 86kg and really enjoying the scene, I just want to improve and get really big, I am thinking of taking the next step, but first wish to educate myself correctly, and also meet genuine guys in the same boat or with more experience, anyways have a good one

Welcome man! You have definitely made the right decision joining, when I first joined it took me about 6 months on the forum before my first cycle but I'm glad I took the time to educate myself before taking the plunge

well routine wise , I am doing a minimun of 4 days workout with a split, first day doing chest and triceps -barbel bench (4 sets 8 to 10 reps) Incline bench (3 sets 8,8,6) dumbell flyes (2 sets of 10), dumbell pullovers (2 sets of 8) I will then do 3 sets 8 8 6 peck deck
I will then move on to triceps will normally do about 4 exercises, my last one I am going to failure,

next session I am doing back and biceps
then following session shoulders and forearms
and last session of the week doing my legs

was going to write it all in detail buts its quite abit of typing will write a session each time I log on lol, I originally got this routine of a website, but I tweeked it abit to be abit more challenging, and to get a great pump (luv the feeling)

I will do it for about two months and then switch my routine for another two months being day one chest and shoulders, back and abs , triceps and biceps, and then legs

I am also only gyming at about 7pm, I take a protein shake mixed with mon creatine, straight after my workout, when I get home I will have dinner and lye down and fall asleep to a movie in bed, like the fact that I sleep soon after gym, Morning I get up have two eggs on brown bread toast, or tuna depends what I feel like with tea or milo, then half an hour after that I have my first protein shake with creatine, about 10 tot eleven I wil have chicken with sweet potatoe, My work is cool with me cooking and eating alot lol they use to it, then then miday I try always have a fruit juice, and early afternoon I have anothe protein shake and hour after that I try grab a light snack ranging from tuna to chicken to what I can get my hands on just depends on myself or whats available, and then when work is finished I grab alot of water with half teaspoon of creatine and head for the gym, I do now and then on weekends will grab a steak, I enjoy sushi aswell, but yeah

I would realy have to sit down and calculate that, feel could improve it, rather lay it out there than make it sound like it is something that it aint, appreciate the honesty
