That's a good suggestion. I get calls for help daily regarding the mixing and calculation of dosages based on the volume of reconstituent‎ used.

I know it is common knowledge (maybe not so common knowledge as for other) but what about a sticky when you are sickm (ie flu, bronchitis etc) and you want to gym? All pros and cons of this, especially while on cycle

i wouldnt advise anyone to train while sick. my advice would be to stay home, recover.

you need to look at the bigger picture. missing a week of training isnt going to hurt you in the long run

We can't make a list of all the sicknesses and what to do about them. But maybe we can make a list of the ailment groups where it would be okay to train, and then a list of the dangerous ones like for example flu..

Agree with Mr Feathers that one should take a pessimistic approach when training while sick. Never chance it!

I think it is important to make a sticky that explains to the younger crowd why it is bad to take steroids when you are so young.

I don't think that's a bad idea at all. I'm often approached by a lot of the younger guys at the gym asking me what they could take to gain more muscle. I ask them straight away what their age is first, and most of them are still babies. So yes, this could be greatly beneficial to all the underage blokes that visit this site and hopefully encourage them to stop use their heads for a change...
