Sorry to hijack, but which path did you follow? Heavy weights with low reps or high reps lower weights? So many mixed opinions on calves....

There are a number of posts on exactly this. At this stage heavy toe presses supersetted with full range body weight raises(Blast upward - slowly down) are working best but it varies. I can hardly walk and cry like a baby after each set. Anything less and youre just wasting your time.
