Not sure if people will disclose this, as most try stay private

I train on east rand, been there before and know Armando the owner

just want to know what its like

'elite' section is nice to train in - per invite / have to compete kind of thing going on there

I heard lately music is loud, too many kids running around, dark corners etc. Still got couple friends training there.

Speak to Armando for a day or 2. and go at the time you would normally train

Used to gym there from about 1998 - 2004. I did some time and relocated, haven't been there since.

Anyway Family Fitness is called Family Fitness for a reason (When you exercise your Family is catered for)
