very much appreciated. okay diet typically looks like this, more or less. wake up, have a bowl of oats with sups sa whey, adding up to around 40g carbs 30g protein. then id take a pre workout shake (usn fast grow anabolic) with 50g protein, 80g carbs. post training id take a ssn anabolic muscle builder shake with 30g protein, 50g carbs. i would then typically eat about two thick cheese snackwiches before work, more or less 30g protein, 80g carbs and 50g fat, and my last oats with sups sa whey during my shift at work 30g protein 40g carbs. after work i would eat an avacado or cashew nuts before bed, adding another 20g fat. the rest of the fat comes from the oats, shakes and whey. if i dont have the cheese sandwiches before work, i would take pork/chicken of about 40g protein and have oats on the side 40g carbs, and in that case i would have the onion rings somewhere during the night to fill in the rest of the fat that im missing from the cheese. i will definately cut back on the fat, skip the onion rings and prob the cheese also. i love cheese snackwiches though and were craving them so bad since i was on a cut before the last time i stopped training. and i didnt really eat much of anything since i stopped, was just partying and shit lol. so when i started again with a bulk i was like: "induldge son, for thou shalt have to gain mass" but i will definately cut back on the fat. thanks for the advice

and about cycle, i am on but i thought id rather not post that, seeing as people are very against people under 25 taking juice and ive seen many guys get no advice on any of their questions because they are on juice at my age. if you would like me to elaborate on my cycle i would, but i fear lots of these guys are going to look down on me for that. id gladly post my training though. thanks again
