Hello, im new here. im 20 years old 1.75meters 77kgs. been training 5 years now. 3 years seriously. i quit in january for personal reasons, but started training again in march. slowly increased my caloric intake, until beginning of may when i upped my carbs considerably. i eat about 170-200grams of protein, 250-300g carbs and 100grams fat per day. ive gained 3kgs since beginning of may, but ive noticed a whole lot of bodyfat gain but my arms and legs show not even the slightest improvement, only a more puffy look. i eat mostly clean foods such as oats, low gi wholewheat bread, pilchards, eggs, whey, greens, skinless chicken or lean cut pork, avocados, cashew nuts, etc. i work at arestaurant so sometimes i eat onion rings if my daily fat intake is not enough, unclean option i know but i assumed being on a bulk it would not be so bad if it fitsinto my daily macros. and its delicious :P any advice would be appreciated. thanks.

2900 calories sounds a bit much for 77kilos. You probably not training hard enough too hence the fat gain. Best you post up your diet and workout

I would cut back on those fats bro, 100g is 900 calories hey,thats a lot coming from fats,bring it down to about 40-50g, just make sure its good fats though, fish oils etc..your onion rings aren't the wrong fats ;) lol.

Increase ur intensity during weight training, cut fats and dont eat fats with ur carbs. As said above post ur exact diet and lets see from there.

With hard work and dedication you can achieve anything!

Keep intensity up during weight training like Greg said, this will help burn some extra cals. You should be trying to gain 0.5kg - 1kgs's a month, anything more then that and your going to be gaining fat, its obviously a whole different story if your on cycle ;)

3kg gain in 4 weeks is a lot, try to aim at about +- 750g of weight gain a month while bulking naturally. You would have picked up some water from starting to train again as muscle glycogen fills up again and some water to aid in recovery. So cut back on fats as stated above.

thanks all for the replies :) very much appreciated. okay diet typically looks like this, more or less. wake up, have a bowl of oats with sups sa whey, adding up to around 40g carbs 30g protein. then id take a pre workout shake (usn fast grow anabolic) with 50g protein, 80g carbs. post training id take a ssn anabolic muscle builder shake with 30g protein, 50g carbs. i would then typically eat about two thick cheese snackwiches before work, more or less 30g protein, 80g carbs and 50g fat, and my last oats with sups sa whey during my shift at work 30g protein 40g carbs. after work i would eat an avacado or cashew nuts before bed, adding another 20g fat. the rest of the fat comes from the oats, shakes and whey. if i dont have the cheese sandwiches before work, i would take pork/chicken of about 40g protein and have oats on the side 40g carbs, and in that case i would have the onion rings somewhere during the night to fill in the rest of the fat that im missing from the cheese. i will definately cut back on the fat, skip the onion rings and prob the cheese also. i love cheese snackwiches though and were craving them so bad since i was on a cut before the last time i stopped training. and i didnt really eat much of anything since i stopped, was just partying and shit lol. so when i started again with a bulk i was like: "induldge son, for thou shalt have to gain mass" but i will definately cut back on the fat. thanks for the advice :) and about cycle, i am on but i thought id rather not post that, seeing as people are very against people under 25 taking juice and ive seen many guys get no advice on any of their questions because they are on juice at my age. if you would like me to elaborate on my cycle i would, but i fear lots of these guys are going to look down on me for that. id gladly post my training though. thanks again

well im on a short dbol and sust cycle, seeing as i couldnt get my hands on a shorter ester test. 4weeks:
week 1 and 2 45mgs of dbol ed
week 3 and 4 60mgs of dbol ed
week 1-4 250mg sust e3d
pct hmt labs H.O.T. 4 weeks
im on week 3 now. i know sust was not the best option and the cycle is extremely short, but it was quite cheap and i just wanted a boost to the bulk. as for my choice of pct, my usual supplier is unreachable and the guy im getting from now is a total f**ktard, does not have pct and gives me abrupt answers when i ask him if he can organise. he usually just shoots me a line like: "hey, ive got test prop skip pct and do another cycle and im like errr... then hes like yeah ive got some tren and equipoise too come on do another cycle skip pct. so i just went and bought hot from m-kem, ive heard good things about it. i would maybe have done it if he didnt have huge zits all over his arms and back, idiot.

Ur diet needs work bro. Throw away those mass builders. They full of sugar and fillers and krap. Oats and whey with raisens for beeakfasts or if you prefer the non supp route like me, oats and egg whites. Post workout mix some dextrose (glucose) and whey or if ike me I do oats and egg whites again (coz I'm lactose intolerant).

You need better protein sources lean protein like chicken or extra lean mince, ostrich etc. Cheese is loaded with 33grams of fat per 100grams so to meet your protein needs you will be getting a lot of unneccesary fat throwing your calories out.

What is your bf. How did you calculate that your need 2900 calories

The reason your picking up weight is all the water from the dbol and your diet, Drop the snackwitches and eat more meat and rice.
Dbol and sus isn't a bad cycle but 4 weeks is a joke and if you can't get pct...?Eish. Rather get some more sus and extend your cycle for another 8 weeks and make a plan to put a proper pct together in that extra time.
And as for that Zitty f.ck who you've been taking advice from... Find someone else he's going to hurt you.
