Damn, I busted something, from the deltoid onto the tricep muscle, only when lifting overhead I get a sharp pain there, have been resti g it, but yesterday I was working out chest, figured I would be right, untill I did incline barbell press, pain was sharp and sore, so that sucks,obviously going to have to rest it, but it sucks bbecause something so small limits all my upper half exercise. Guess if it continues going to have to check it out
