Tim Noakes said that he thinks that in a 100 years time we are going to look back at the witch hunts in sport that take place today, and see how silly it all was... hormonal manipulation is just the next logical step in improving performance, all other avenues have been pretty much milked for all its worth. Plus it costs a shitload to monitor all those olympic athletes who know how to jippo the tests anyway.

Exactly what that report says - and with a beneficial outcome. Even quoting the idiotic trend of using Fructose syrup in processed foods.

No amount of subsidy or spending will defray exorbitant
healthcare costs if Americans continue to lead sedentary lifestyles sustained by fast food and highfructose
corn syrup. Doctors and patients must have all medically sound options available, and the Policy
subverts viable medical choices that could complement a fitness routine, possibly leading to increased
results from adhering to that regiment.
