P90X is not for the light weights. That $^#! is intense. I once done the Ab Ripper X and could barely walk up-straight the following day not even mentioning the 2nd day after! I would rather hit the gym than doing P90X in the living room ever again.

MUSCLES ARE TORN IN THE GYM :angry:
