Knee pain on Leg Training was created by wet2704
I have some knee pain if I go heavy on leg days with Squats and Leg Press. This stops me from getting an effective workout to gain size and strength. Any tips for pain or maybe other exercises to focus on with maybe more reps etc? Anyone else also suffer from this?

Can you describe the pain? Knees are tricky bastards!
When squatting, don't try stop parallel to the floor as this is when the greatest amount of load is on your knees. Rather use less weight but go as far down to the ground as possible to minimise knee pressure.
Practice on a smith machine if you are not confident going super low.

Try wraps or sleeves. Helps me, my knees are terrible.

Also have big problems with my right knee. Knee guards definately help! For me the worst pain comes from the Leg Press Machine.

If you have injured your knees then stay away from any type of leg work. Stick with body weight training for your legs as a last resort. This injury needs to heal completely as they have a potential of becoming chronic if they are not properly managed

Proper form

knees must not go past your toes, in leg press, squats, lunges etc

I made this mistake last year, went heavy with all leg days and wrapped them up to subside the pain

early this year had to get cartilage removed - not fun

GO lighter and concentrate on getting form 100%

I went up to 140 / 160 last year - doing 100 / 120 now

I have chronic knee issues from years of running marathons. Deca gives me very effective relief from this, even at low dosages. But I'm an amateur with AAS, so I cannot recommend this - you should ask the experts here about Deca.
I also use lighter weights, but rep really slowly, hoping that 'time under tension' will compensate for the light weight.

I agree with Jaxcs. I also suffer from a tricky knee after an accident falling off my horse. Supplement with a good joint support will take you a long way, as long as you use it consistantly as recommended. If it doesn't get better, it might be worth going to the physio for a check-up.

100% true when I use Nandrolone I have zero joint issues. This is because Nadrolone increases collagen synthesis by up to 300%.
