Hudson is taking a year off as well as leslie.
Heavyweights I have vuzi for the win anyone who has seen him recently would agree he is looking like a ronnie coleman...
Overall is difficult could be vuzi/louis.

Leslie's also taking the year off. Wants to add 8kgs of muscle(muscle evolution column) Louis' doing heavies or superheavies. He said heavies(i'll ask him) Is Vusi still a heavy? Louis will beat him. deYes, both have improved. Louis was dry and shredded at the 2011 sa's, made Cobus and Vusi look soft(especially from the back) I give it to Louis, gents

Sorry I meant to say vuzi is a super heavy..
Hahah 8kg of muscle at his age and size...wishful thinking.
Vusi will be in condition this year.his trainer is on the ball

If koe continues progressing the way he is currently and he hits his mark on D-day it will be difficult to beat him.he is imo ahead in his prepping and he is still weeks out.my money is on koe to win his class hands down
