Hello Everyone,
Thought I should introduce myself. I am 30 years old, 1,74m and weigh 60kg's. I have been gyming for a year now but only started weight training about 3 months ago cause I felt intimidated by all the guys in that section :whistle: I gym 6 days a week for 1-2 hours and run races when it's warm. I am also studying to become a PT (just for myself and not as a career).

This site seems awesome and can't wait to spend many hours here :)

Who are you studying through? Im looking at doing part time course... mostly for myself.
