Protein cake was created by Synergy
Came across a quick and easy recepie for a protein cake/brownie this weekend. Tried it and it was awesome.

1 egg in a large coffee cup, 1 scoop of whey protein and 2 tea spoons of peanut butter, mix together. Microwave for 1 minute and done. Low carb and tastes great.

I added a bit of milk on my second go, made it a bit more sponge. Gonna keep messing around with recipe. Also heard of people adding peanut/olive oil and cream/cream cheese.

You need to add a teaspoon of water to it. Remember to stir well. Tip: Add the egg and water to the whey first and stir properly . THEN add the whey! The brownie also gets very dry so gotta get that timing in the microwave right.
