Neck/back pain

Hi peeps
When going slightly heavy and heavier on bent over barbell rows I get what I can only describe and a burning/pinched nerve feeling behind my neck/upper back. best way to describe the area is if you draw a line down the spine and another horizontally from shoulder to shoulder, where the lines cross each other, that’s where the pain comes from. Its very weird, I always get it and can sometimes just push through it, other times it burns too much then I have to stop and do something else. Anybody experience this before or know what it could be and how do I go treating it?

No Bump/hump at that spot? That's a spot that locks up easily.

nope, no bumps, lumps, knots or anything like that.

sometimes i do, but that doesn't help with that either.

Best bet is to see a physio. I've had that happen to me before, physio sorted it out 1 shot. Make sure they use the pins on you
