That Werlou Ras van Tonder guy at the u100kg Snr division used to train at my gym (maybe he still does, haven't seen him in a VERY long time though).

Me and my friend used to refer to him as "Coke-blikkie traps" because his traps are friggin huge (as if someone stuck a coke can on each side of their neck), like he's trying to close his ears with his own shoulders. Good to see him getting somewhere with the bodybuilding though, seemed in good shape last time I saw him.

Vusi should of won the senior super weight and mens overall but these judges have theres face in their arses

Vusi is very well-built and defined, whether or not he should have won is another matter entirely, saying the judges have their heads up their arses is not entirely fair, I reckon.

Agreed. That is a wild statement about the judges and uncalled for. Iemand gaan jou eiers nog vastrap.

Judging was very fair, I totally agree with all results. If you were there at prejudging you would see how thoroughly each lineup was looked at.
Even in losing we should be graceful and just try harder next year.

There's lots of talk going on about the results. Each person has a different view. At the end of the day, you will always get the bad talk but this should be motivation to you to try even harder and prove to the judges that there is no one else that deserves it more than you.

Be humble in victory, and remain humble in loss
