Water bottle or fountain parade? was created by p1et

So do you use a water bottle or do you take walks to the fountain?

Guys in my gym seems to do the parade mostly. Some even walking to the furthest one, or walking to the one then back to where they are exercising and straight to the other fountain across the gym:confused:

Size of the pump is directly proportional to the distance paraded.

Eg: Leg day = water bottle

The furthest walk definitely has the coldest water in my gym. Worth the walk.

well, i take my preworkout before i hit the gym...

then only 30 minutes into my training do i hit my intra workout, this means for 30 minutes while working out i need to run to the water fountain to hit some h2o, otherwise i have to bring another bottle with just for water...

sometimes there is method behind the madness, im not saying everyone does this but this is why i hit the water fountain...

I used to use the fountain but some okes are pigs, more than once i have seen a lugi in the catchment dish. GROSS. Have decided to change over to a water bottle.

I use the water fountain cos I hate carrying shit around with me why I gym and I will only walk to a further fountain to doge ppl I don't want to talk to if I am in the zone lol

Water bottle.

The days i forget my bottle, i swear im seconds away from dying of thirst. im used to having tiny sips here and there during training.
