Diet problems..........advise needed

I'm having trouble eating clean and am hoping that someone can advise me on alternatives or give advise.

I don't eat eggs or oats so I struggle with breakfast all together. I'm also not a big fan of meat and was a vegetarian for years. I do try to stomach it but some days I just cant get the stuff down.

Since Monday I have been having 2 boiled eggs (whites only)and my gag reflex kicks in for about an hour after that. Had 100g chicken breast made with stir fry veggies for lunch and again for dinner. This is far from perfect and would appreciate if someone has any suggestions.

ha ha definitely a bit of a fussy eater. mince and chicken? can you stomach those? maybe look at a shake to replace one of the meals

So basically you are fussy and are looking for a shortcut. Unfortunately there is no substitute for willpower and there are no shortcuts when it comes to eating clean.

Otherwise every Tom, Dick and Harry would be sixpack lean.

We all have times when we lose motivation. Just fight through it and stay positive.

Replace all your meat with whey protein and make up for it by eating a lot of veggies and training like a demon.

Make a list of the healthy protein, carb and fat sources you are willing to eat and start from there. No point setting yourself up for failure.

Mince and chicken I can do :lol: Any suggestion on shakes MRF?

No, not looking for a shortcut, just alternatives MA. It's not willpower or lack of motivation but when you gag or vomit then I don't see the point cause you might as well just skip the meal all together. I became a vegetarian after living on a farm and my parents slaughtering animals that you hand raised and expecting you to eat them :silly:

I mean if there are absolutely no alternatives then I will just persevere even if I start off with small quantities, don't really know.
