Joint and other bone pains, last 7 days

Already been off two weeks. First due to a cold. Then another for my elbow. Think il skip the rest of the week again.

And don't go below parallel on shoulder/chest presses. It moves all the strain onto your rotator cuffs.

I think that all you guys who are complaining about aches and pains on this thread should man up and stop being a bunch of pussies. This is a sight for real men.
