Warrior Race #7 Redstone was created by Rookie
Anyone doing the Warrior Race this Saturday at Redstone in Hartebeesportdam?

We'll be doing it for the 1st time, watch out for Team UnstopaBULL....

My fitness isn't at the level I was hoping for, but strenght is there and trained a lot of own body weight training to prepare.

Super excited, and cant wait!!!!

So glad to see that some of you guys are also doing the Warrior Races. Redstone was my first. This weekend I did Stoke city and perform fairly well. I want to give it a real go next year, just for some variation in training. I already adjusted my training routines to more bodyweight and high intensity training with more cardio. Do you have any supplements or cycles in mind which can help preparation for such races?

Did the Black Ops in 02:18. Want to increase my strength without extra weight, especially for the hanging ropes and wrist breaker. Looking for a mild cycle to increase strength and stamina.

Initially Primo injectable with the other two (Before asking for advice). Was afraid of to much extra weight, but after your recommendation, I would rather consider a low dose test as you recommended. Would you rather go with something like Cypionate at low dose? I've never before cycled for an endurance obstacle event, so this is actually new to me.

I did the Warrior Race this Sunday at Stoke city also... Bunch of guys from the office... not so lekker fit... got stuck in the mud monster for like 40 minutes...lol

You will not carry around extra weight with a low dose test if your diet and preparation is in line with what you want to achieve for the next event.

You have many option with this endurance / strength requirement cycle, and here is just a few.

Test+var+Proviron
Test+proviron+tbol
Test+proviron+winnies
Test+equi+masteron
Test+masteron+var

Bla bla bla, many options that's been tried and tested.

Haha, that mud monster can be a time killer... I think it was more forgiving the Saturday than the Sunday. But yeah, its a lot of fun and challenging, physically en mentally. Looking forward to the next one in Feb.

Currently:

Age: 29
Weight: 89kg
Body fat: 11%

Training: 4-day split in the evenings with road and hill work in the mornings. Have dropped the heavy weights for more compound and own bodyweight exercises such as dips, pull-ups, chin ups, squat cleans, push jerks, etc.

Have done a few bulking cycles before, but this obstacle racing is a new thing I want to give a serious go just for next year for some variation in training and a new challenge.

You have to plan your year and events that you want to take part in, work and build your cycles towards these dates.

next year you will have feb, march, april in gauteng, so i would focus on those. Start your cycle with a long ester and make sure your last pin is +- 3 days out from the last event. They should be back in September. That gives you a recovery from may/june/july before you start your next

Low dose test = 250-300mg pw
