Hi I'm 1.78m tall and 62.5kg, haven't been to gym in like years, want to put on sum weight and muscle, started 3 weeks ago to exercise and so, started today pgw supertest 320 gonna do 1ml every week and anabolic weigh, I'm eating a lot and drinking a lot of water lifting everyday , I wana get to like 75-78kg and strong any advice for me , gonna do clomid and nova after last injection (10weeks). Yes I know I'm not a bodybuilder neither do I wana be one. Just extra help for the kg's and muscle seeing as I never go above 65,66kgs ever

Your age bru ? ...diet and hard lifting for a couple of years then u can decide to cycle but u have already started ...Supertest at least 1ml twice a week for 10 weeks and PCT clomid nolva and HCG ...go and read up on the sample cycle and pct in the articles section to get a better picture of what to do ...

I'm 28 years old,will it do no good ?
Mornings - coffee , 2eggs , 2 slices brown bread and a tamato ontop with an apple onmy way to work
10am - pap en vleis (chicken) as much as my stomach can hold
12am -mass weigh shake, (anabolic mass USN)
3pm- buy some thing (fast foods)
5pm-dinners (what ever whife cooks ) - eat till I wana vomit nearly
7pm - shake again

- I gym every day but heard that I should rest also
-sleep 8hours a day
-drink 2-3liters of water a day

-like I said I just wana gain some mass as I'm so light and want extra kg's and a lil strength
,Yes I know I'm not an expert but atleast I wana try this

Ok u need to go read the diet stickies and get your diet structured ...diet is 80 % of this and plays a important part in keeping your gains ...work out your maintenance calories and then add 500 cal ...28 years old is fine ..

If you aren't gaining, you aren't eating enough. If you think you are eating until you are stuffed then you still have to eat more until your body gets used. At your bodyweight and with that crappy diet there is no question about it.

You obviously have a very fast metabolism which means if you have to eat 10 times a day or more then that's what you have to do. Doing steroids before you learn how to eat to gain quality mass is a waste of time. You will gain weight now but you will lose it when you go off the steroids.

What do you do at the gym? Weights everyday? Cardio?

Diet proper for a year then rethink AAS

Got lots to learn still

And you eating junk, you need to eat according to calories your body need

Steroids is not a magic pill/weapon
