Electric shaver was created by p1et
Can anyone recomend a good electric shaver (beard). Im really lazy when it comes to shaving with a blade. Also have any of you tried shaving with the body groomer?

I have used my body groomer many times to shave when I'm in a rush and my philishave is low on battery, but it's not as clean a shave as my philishave.

Body groomer works great. I bought two that for some reason was reduced to R100. Can't believe it. Maybe a mistake with the pricing. I'm not complaining though.

I use a safeway. Its kak. Don't buy one.

Why not DE razor?

Getting one soon, all the articles and feedback seems much better than 3/4/5/6 blade razors

I'm totally with you on the lazy with a blade part.
I use the Body Groomer 95% of the time, and a blade shave once a week.

If you go Body Groomer, go for a rechargeable one, those things chow normal batteries like a mofo in bulking season...

I think it depends on your growth, for me the body groomer is useless on my face I'd need to do it every 5hrs and any electric razor has always given me such razor burn that it's not worth .

Go big or go home...

Thats exactly why im asking. I have used an electric razor in the past and it use to feel as if it was ripping out hairs instead of chopping them off. This was long ago though so was wondering how the ones available today works.

Might just get one and see if it works.

I have a body groomer plus but saw in the booklet its not meant for facial hair(reason I asked).

I used a phillishave rotary type shaver and agree that is felt more like it was pulling out the hairs than cutting them. Changed to a Braun foil type shaver and made all the difference. The cut is not as close with foil but much less irritation.

If it was down to pain and it was a matter of life or death I would get a crotch wax done before a beard wax anyday.
