Hey Guys

Diet soda's, do you think they are counter productive with regards to weight loss or just bad for your general health?

I'm talking about a moderate amount, most things are bad in excess.

Healthwise not the best but in terms of diet not a problem.

Products like Coke Zero, Sprite Zero, Coke Light (in some countries) and Pepsie Max are probably ok from a macro nutrient point of view as they contain no calories and (the above examples) use sweetners that shouldn't effect insulin. They can probably help some folks satisfy cravings. But just remember it's all artificial ingredients, and it doesn't help in the long run to reduce your sweet-tooth.

After a hard day's work and plenty of water, upon getting home I have about a litre of Tab with slices of lemon and lots of ice. I find it to be the most tasty diet drink around.

Live each day as if it's your last, love those close to you !
