Wanting to do my first pin tonight so is this correct?
Swab bottle top, stick 1ml of sabex water into vial squirting slowly down the side of the vial and swirling after, my dose would be first notch on insulin needle daily until I reach required tan, inject before bed, store in fridge. Tan about 30 min 3 times per week in the sun, sunblock face and neck so the rest of the body can catch up.

Do I have it correct cos I aint used it before?

You might feel kak and nauseous but it gets better after the front loading time. Also you will have increased BP so remember to monitor yourself.

Pinning protocol is the same as HCG except for the vacuumed vial. Obviously the dosage is very different. I used 2ml sabax water when i mixed, but that doesnt matter.. I pinned more water lol. What insulin syringe are you using ? .5ml or 1ml ?

I have the 1ml syringes
100 units in a ml, I cc equals 100 units.
So as per your pics, exactly right for 1ml water

the dosage above is for a 2ml solution

Hey JR, says 1ml sabex water in green? I hit 10 units last night, tingled, turned red like a lobster for about 30 min.

Sorry my mistake - read that 2ml vial part. Cant see green all that well. :oops:

I also used 2ml water in the past and split the dose to morning/eve(10iu each) to minimize those nausea sides which really nailed me. Nausea and after that about 1/2 hour of a serious libido spike.
