Well done to Justin thacker who placed 2nd at the ifbb classic world champs! 31 weeks of dieting to get into condition for that show..conditioning was insane!! Dedication was insane! Weighed in at 69.8kgs and conditioning was flawless!!

The condition of the amateurs at the world champs quite often is better than that of the pros, some guys stay amateur because they make more money from their country winning local shows than they do at a pro level...
