I guess walking around with tags such as "the largest" and "the strongest" bodybuilder ever, comes at a price...

Poor guy. He has never looked healthy though. Off season he would put on way too much fat to get to 190KG+ and in the last few years if you look at pics of him at expos or events he looks like he's let himself go.

The way to do it if you want to live long is like how guys like Yates and Levrone did it- Go beast mode crazy when you're young to achieve your goals and quit competing at a level where you need so much drugs by ±35 years old. Then stay healthy, don't try to stay huge. It will always take it's toll on your heart if you carry so much mass around for so long. RIP.

You 100% correct, just from my use I have an enlarged heart, majority of people using steroids will have an enlarged heart.. You hit it on the head, mid 30's start to take it easy, and change your focus and goals.

So what do you suggest Mr. Pump? I am heading mid 30's but only on my 2nd cycle. Should I not worry as I started juicing late or should my focus and goals be different (example please). I had left ventricle hypertrophy (enlarged heart on the left side) but that was untreated high BP, after 6 months it went away but I am on Bilocor and Co-Diavan 160mg for life. Goals is to reach 130kg with 11% BF. To much?

You have done another scan and your heart has come down in size? This nearly never happens. Yes untreated hypertension does place allot of strain on the heart and kidneys. Hmm to be honest bro, I can't really influence you in your way of thinking, as its a personal journey and many elements that determine what would be the correct way forward. However if you do suffering with hypertension you will be placing further strain on yourself each and every cycle you do, this is why when talking with PGW I had shifted from bulky cycles to extremely lean with very few side effects, primobolan being the number 1 choice for me. When I was 23 I was at 122kgs and grew to that size from 64kgs, so i've had fun being that size but my body didn't enjoy it at all and just like you, hypertension, enlarged heart, kidneys, etc. I now find being around 100kgs is where my body is happy, my blood pressure is normal, and I have allot more energy, carrying around large amounts of weight will eventual take its toll on nearly anyone. So make sure you monitor yourself, test your urine, make sure your cycles are kept short, have long breaks, don't abuse yourself with alcohol and become very tuned in with your body, test your blood pressure twice a day, put the time in with cardio, live a healthy life (bodybuilder not body destroyer). Have you ever seen what a sonar looks like on your heart when the left ventricle is enlarged? Part of the heart doesn't beat, it's quite a scary sight, specially when seeing it on your body, people take their health for granted and we normally only find out to late to do something to revert the damage on learn to live with it trying to prevent any further abnormalities .

Thanks for the time you took to right that out, nice info 00Pump.
Yes I saw the sonar initially, was sent to a very good cardiologist for BP (before I started using gear) and pressure average was between 160-180 over 110 - 130 monitored with the 24hr machine. Family inheritance. Months after the meds the LVH went to normal with no swelling. The meds work so well that even on cycle I stay around 120 over 80. My target weight at my height would give me a bmi of 31.1
Will have to see I suppose.
