I have recently joined the smartphone brigade with a Samsung S4. THe only regret I have is that I didn't do it sooner.
I was very intrigued by the S-Health App. It has a calorie counter which by all means looks to be quite accurate.
You can build your meals and snacks as it has calorific content for almost any food as well as supllements (by brand even).
There is also a calories burnt section where you can keep track of your energy expenditure.
It has just updated to be able to link with the new "gear watch (gimmick imho)" but can also link with HR monitors
Has anyone else had a look? Your opinions on this?
