please help!

what am i doing wrong......

i have been training hard for the past 5 months and eating clean 80% of the time and am not seeing the results i expected. do i need to be patient and carry on or should i change something. when i first started the clean eating i lost 3kgs easily but since then i have gone back to my start of 65.

i tried anavar but seemed to retain so much water i gavee that up

i am a female of 42, weigh 65kgs and 1.71 tall

i am having my body fat measured again tomorrow - i think it was about 20% the last time i cheked

i train a minimum of 4 times a week - weights and cardio, drink 4l of water a day

my diet is as follows:

start the day with 2 glasses cold water & clen
coffee with skim milk and sweeteners

breakfast:
3 egg whites, 1 egg yellow and a slice of 100% rye

snack
100g cottage cheese
salad (lettuce, tomatoe, cucumber, sprouts, balsamic vinegar)
3 slices ryevita

lunch
80g mozerella
1/2 cup couscous
salad

heat tablet

snack
usn diet fuel

pre-workout shake
post workout - whey

dinner
2 x vegetarian patties
gem squash

or some other soya product
and veges

20 almonds

i have about 10 cups of coffee during the day with skim milk and sweeteners

i take a pile of vitamins - the usual
and also BCAA, Glutomine etc
i have weekly vitamin b injections

so what am i doing wrong

Hi

What time of day do you work out and please give an example of a typical training days workouts please. I'm just wondering if the lack of fat loss has something to do with a lack of compound moves in your routine. unless you have a medical condition that you are not aware off? Thyroid maybe? Give me your stats and ill design you a workout for frEe. Ill also give you a strategy that I used on my girl to let her drop extra kilos

OK THANKS - HAVE STOPPED BOTH CLEN AND HEAT - WAS TAKING LOW DOSES OF BOTH - ONLY TOOK HEAT WITH THE CLEN IN THE LAST WEEK OR TWO. I HAVE READ ON THIS SITE ABOUT FFF SO AM TRYING THAT WITHOUT ANYTHING ELSE - WHAT DO YOU THINK

hi
i train at about 3.30pm for an hour each day
i am a vegetarian - no fish, meat or chicken but i do eat eggs, skim milk and other dairy

my workout is as follows:

day 1
front squats with dumbell (reps are all 20, 15, 12) start with 10kg
2 sets superset with
1 min stepper on highest level

one arm dumbell row (starting with 8kg) to as heavy as possible
3 sets superset with
incline dumbell bench press
superset with 1 min on stepper on highest level

dumbell flies (START LIGHT GO HEAVY)
3 set superset with
tricep kickbacks
superset with 1 min on stepper on highest level

crunch machine
4 x 25 reps

ending with 10 mins treadmill HIIT


can i email you my program - this is taking forever to type out

You need to track your calories for weightloss, your macros are protein, fats and carbs

Why aren't you eating meat, I think your diet needs some work. You need to calculate your calories for maintenance and then subtract 500 for weightloss(fat+water).

Once you have your diet dialled in then you can throw in a fatburner. Cheers
