My Diet and letro use was created by Megusta
Id just like to make a comment about my current health status, diet and Letro use.

About 3 Years ago i got very ill and weak, physically. I had my blood pressure checked as well as my fasting blood glucose and all sort of other tests. Back then i was on a "healthy" diet with lots of whole grains for the fiber and i ate Healthy, complex, carbs with all my meals and consumed high GI carbs post workout. During the day id consume some whole grain bread, brown rice, oats for breakfast and sweet potato for dinner, just to give you an idea.

My results for fasting blood glucose was 6.2 and my blood pressure was 140/95. I was 23 years old at the time and been working out and eating "healthier" than most people in my family and definitely my friends.

Now according to me these results were not good at all for my age and someone that did not use steroids at the time and been training since i was 16.

I recently changed my diet to High fat medium protein with carbs only post workout and including an 16/8 fasting protocol. Depending on the amount of fat that I consume according to my daily calorie breakdown, 50% or more will be from PEO oil (Parent essential oils). These are basically a blend of raw, organic, cold-pressed, virgin oils including hempseed, flax, grape seed and pumpkin seed –oils. This oil contains a blend of omega 6,3, and 9, with this blend focusing on a 4:1 ratio of omega- 6 to 3. The reason being, that your body needs MORE omega-6 than 3 and not the other way around. That being said, these fats must come from unadulterated forms of EFA’s and not the highly processed forms found in most foods.
I also consume 4-8 whole eggs (Canola Eggs with more ALA) on a daily basis and eat an Avo or half avo a day. The rest of my fats will be from the meats I eat and the 6g of fish oil that I take together with 6g of CLA. As I said, 50% or more of my total fats will be from the oils that I use and the other 40% or so from my eggs and meat.

Long story short, I’ve been to the doc for a check-up cause I have been suffering from allergies and hay fever since Spring started. Eventually it caused some secondary infections. I have also been using Letrozole for gyno that appeared one year after my first cycle. I also think that the Letro use has made me more prone to these secondary infections of my ears and throat, because of decreased immunity. I have not suffered the joint pains and erectile problems that Letro might cause yet(Touch wood).

The other thing that I was worried about was the fact that Letro will affect my lipids badly. So, after 3 weeks on letro @ 2.5mg I did a lipogram and my BP. To my surprise these were my results. Please also take into consideration that I am currently running Letro @ 2.5mg and that im using meds for my ear and throat infection, as well as for my sinus infection.

My BP is 130/80. I’d like to bring the upper down to 120, but this is the first BP check I’ve done in 3 years, and I think that my current ill state might have something to do with the slight increase. It might also be the Letro, but I’m not sure how Letro affects ones blood pressure. Overall I think this is an improvement over 140/95? I am currently also taking creatine mono and not sure if that might increase BP? My current results might also be because of dehydration.
My fasting blood sugar is 4.4. Think that’s a good number?
These are my lipids. I have never done a lipogram before. As I said I’m currently using Letro.

Total Cholesterol: 4.43 mmol/L
LDL: 2.67 mmol/L
HDL: 1.57 mmol/L
Triglycerides: 0.56 mmol/l
Total Cholesterol/HDL ratio: 2.82
HDL/LDL ratio: 0.604
Triglyceride/HDL ratio: 0.817

Maybe someone can comment on my results and maybe how to improve these numbers to be optimal.Id like to add that im using 40mg cortisone per day since yesterday. I'm not happy about cortisone use as i haven't heard anything good about it. Luckily it will only be for 5 days.
