Lipoma

Good day, just wanna know if anyone knows which steroid Is used to reduce the size of lipomas and if anyone has treated these themselves.

I've read an article where they done a clinical trial on Lipoma's.
they made use of triamcinolone acetonide (brand name Kenalog) and Lidocaine which is a local anesthetic...haven't read any articles where people actually treated themselves though
