Holidays!

So the holidays are coming up, I plan on taking a week or so off gym and I need it I haven't missed a day since Feb.
Im going to the coast to do some diving and take my little boy to the beach for the first time.
Now obviously there will be a bit of drinking what is the best way to go castle light or whiskey and water? And do you guys take whey and a load of chicken breasts along to atleast have some clean meals or do you just have a week off dieting(face it you'll probable be eating far more cals than you need on holiday even if it isn't a meal every 2.5hrs.
I find I'm obsessed with dieting and scared shitless that I'll loose all my gains and get fat in 10 days :lol:

Im going to try stick to diet, im just really hating my body and want to fix it.

Just the Christmas pudding that will be hard to skip...as for New Years....turns out i just need a glass of champagne and im buzzing.

Im not a fan of most roast animals. i only eat chicken and fish. Also don't enjoy potatoes even roast ones. Dinner be easy peasy for me. Its the pudding.... I'll just clean kitchen to keep myself busy.

Me too but not by choice. My holidays start end January when I'm back in the ZA.

Me in rugby shorts? Sorry I am not one of the boytjies also I train early in the am at la Lucia with all the cardio queens...u not a proper cardio queen if u not wearing make up though..

Hahah, I have day old eyeliner...BUT i have coolest earphones. Im also there in the am doing incline and stepper.

Mostly ancient men doing cardio though...

Margate Superbodies is a small gymn compared to what you City boys are used to. But, the equipment is clean and well maintained.
I'm leaving for PE in the am to spend with in laws. Pity, would have liked to hook up. Could've tried to turn you to real diving, not blowing bubbles and making noise. hehehe. Water muck at the moment with all the rain but the deep should clear up. Aliwal is still decent so you'll probably end up blowing bubbles there.

Thanks Bud. I really enjoy Protia banks and I'll defiantly make a trip up to Aliwal I haven't been there in years and would love to do the tiger shark dive again with Mark.
What charter company do you use in Aliwal? I use to go with The Whaler but heard that they aren't there anymore?

Protea is my favourite place. Do alot of spearfishing there. Gotten some quality fish there. Not too many can dive it so nice to have a spot like that not overt dived like No 1 or Landers. SA record EDIT there with my name on it. I don't scuba. Only freediving for me.
The guys from aquaplanet seem to run a decent setup.
Mark (Addison- I assume) is no longer at Aliwal. But I think Blue Wilderness still operates. Otherwise the charters there change like the weather.

Ye last time I think it was Marks brother that took me out(strange ex con type guy:-)
