Supashape Challenge

Hi Guys

Not sure if I put this in the correct section, my apologies if it's not.

Has anyone done the Supashape/Ssn 12 week online challenge?
Seeing that tomorrow is the last day to register I'm considering doing it.I see you get coached by the likes of Andrew Hudson and Hennie Kotze.

Do you guys think it's worth it?

Defiantly worth it. Goal setting is majorly important when it comes to any programme. Andrew is the only one to go with coaching pretty much all the previous winners.

Checking the pictures on Facebook, the competitors have made massive changes in 12 weeks. A buddy of mine said he did the Ssn challenge last year and asked the question regarding gear to his coach. And the answer was there's no testing so they can't control it. Use it, don't use it. The biggest transformation wins:)

I did it clean and lost 22kgs. Didnt follow their plan bit used it for motivation
