Blood Pressure

What is a healthy bp? The internet is just confusing me. I've always had "low" bp but the last 2 weeks it has been 100/61, 108/65, 101/67 and I keep getting dizzy. BUT when I'm on cycle or taking FFF I have no issues and my bp is in the 120/80 region

Any advice?

Fff contains dandelion root which is a natural diuretic, to put u into context when I use anapolin or high dose test in use dandelion root to keep my blood pressure normal as I find it works quite well at doing the job. U probably have had the drop in blood pressure due to loosing water from that component as well as the caffeine component of the fff. Add salt to all your meals that can help with raising your blood pressure as higher sodium levels make you retain water.

120/80 is normal, if u have 120-130/80 this is still fine, it's when u get to like 140/100+ u have to start worrying massively, i have always been told when the second number is high then u need help!

You actually have hypotension off cycle, 120/80 is perfect.. But I find in allot of woman have readings slightly lower.
